Anda Pleniceanu holds a PhD from The Centre for the Study of Theory and Criticism at Western University, Canada. She conducts interdisciplinary research at the intersection of continental philosophy, aesthetics, and literary theory. Her research interests include negativity, avant-garde and post-avant-garde aesthetics, French poststructuralism, negative dialectics, and extinction studies.
